4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to: Provide accurate and complete project information Make timely decisions regarding project scope and budget Ensure proper legal ownership or authorization for the property Secure necessary permits and insurance as required by local law Communicate changes to project requirements promptly

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in the individual project agreement signed prior to engagement Payments are due as specified in your contract Late payments may result in suspension of services All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement

6. Limitation of Liability
